Setup Voicenotes
To have your Voicenotes automatically join your meetings, you will first need to add your Zoom meeting link.
Go to Voicenotes
Once you logging into your account. Find the "Add a Meeting" button.
Select Meeting link from the dropdown menu to add a link from Zoom.
Copy the meeting URL from Zoom, paste it into the provided field, and select the channel where you would like the meeting to be summarized.
Confirm by clicking the "Done" button and Voicenotes will join momentarily.
Note: Make sure that Voicenotes is admitted to the meeting for the recording to begin.
Access your Recording
Once the meeting is finished, Voicenotes will then transcribe and summarize it for you.
Go to Voicenotes to access your recorded meeting.
To view the detailed meeting summary, click on the title.

No, the Voicenotes only records audio from the meeting.
Do participants know they're being recorded?
The bot's presence is visible in the participant list. However, it's good practice to inform participants that the meeting is being recorded.
