Voicenotes allows you to generate a variety of content types based on your notes with ease using the "Create" feature. Whether you need a summary, a blog post, or even a custom creation, this feature comes in very handy to turn your notes into usable, polished content in no time. Here's a step-by-step guide to getting started.
How to Access the "Create" Feature
There are two ways to access the "Create" feature in Voicenotes:
Via the "Ask AI" Section:
Open the Voicenotes app.
At the bottom of the screen, tap on "Ask AI".
You'll see two toggles: "Ask" and "Create". Switch the toggle to "Create" to start generating new content.
From Any Note:
Open any note you've created.
Look for the "Create" icon at the bottom right of the note, next to the share and collapsible menu icons.
Tap on this icon to instantly start creating content from that specific note.
Step 1: Choose a Content Type
Once you’ve accessed the "Create" feature, you'll be presented with a list of content types you can generate from your notes:
Summary – Get a concise overview of your notes.
To-do List – Convert your notes into a task list. (With our smooth Todoist integration, you can also set the To-do lists in Voicenotes to be added to your Todoist inbox.)
Email – Turn your notes into a professional email.
Tweet – Generate a tweet based on your notes.
Blog Post – Create a full-length blog post.
Main Points – Extract the key takeaways from your notes.
Clean Up – Improve the clarity and readability of your notes.
Custom – Provide specific instructions for a tailored creation.
Select the content type you want to generate.
Step 2: Provide Instructions (for Custom Creations)
If you choose "Custom", you’ll be prompted to enter specific instructions for your creation. This could be anything from writing a memo to creating an Instagram caption or drafting a script. Be as detailed as you need to ensure the AI understands your requirements.
Step 3: Select the Notes to Use
Next, you can choose the notes you want to use as the basis for your creation. You can select one note or multiple notes or sub-notes, depending on the content you need.
Step 4: Click "Create"
Once you've selected your notes and configured any custom instructions, click "Create". Your creation will be automatically generated.
