The Voicenotes-Todoist integration makes it easy to turn your notes and recordings into actionable tasks that sync automatically with your Todoist inbox. Whether you're juggling work projects or personal errands, this integration ensures your tasks are organized and accessible—eliminating the need to manually copy the to-do lists from one app to another.
To get started, you'll need:
An active Voicenotes account.
An active Todoist account (ensure you are logged in before you start).
Part 1: Steps to Connect Voicenotes with Todoist:
This guide will walk you through the steps to seamlessly integrate Voicenotes with Todoist so you can turn your voice notes into actionable tasks in Todoist inbox.
1. Navigate to Voicenotes Settings
Log in to your Voicenotes account.
Locate your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Click on the icon to access your settings and account preferences.
2. Access Integrations & Find Todoist Integration
Select the Integrations tab. This list shows all available Integrations.
Scroll through the available integrations and click on Todoist.
Then, click on the Connect Todoist button to initiate the integration process.
3. Authorize the Integration
You'll be directed to the site permission page now – a prompt will appear asking you to allow access between Voicenotes and Todoist.
Select Agree to allow access to your Todoist account. With this step, you've successfully connected your Voicenotes account with your Todoist account!
Part 2: Steps to See the Todoist Integration in Action:
Now that your accounts are connected, let's see it in action.
First, record/select the note you want to create the To-do list from on Voicenotes and click on the three dots (...) to expand the menu.
From the dropdown list, select Create and choose To-do list. Your voicenote will automatically be converted into a To-do list like the below screenshot. This will now sync automatically with your Todoist inbox.
3. Now, if you open your Todoist account, you'll see the newly created to-do list has been added as tasks in the inbox. Here's how it will look:
