Zapier allows you to connect Voicenotes with over 5,000 apps to automate your tasks. In just a few minutes, you can easily set up automated workflows (called Zaps). This integration helps you automate your work, giving you more time for what matters most—no coding required.
Prerequisites
An active Voicenotes account.
An active Zapier account.
1. Navigate to Settings
Once logged in, locate the Settings icon (found in the top-right corner).
Click on Settings to access your account preferences.
2. Access Integrations
In the Settings menu, select Integrations.
3. Select Zapier Integration
Under the Integrations section, find and click on Zapier.
4. Copy Your Auth Token
On the Zapier integration page, you will see your unique Auth Token.
Click on the Copy button next to the token to copy it to your clipboard.
5. Log into Your Zapier Account
Open a new browser tab and go to Zapier.
Enter your Zapier login details to access your dashboard.
6. Create a New Zap
On your Zapier dashboard, click on "Create Zap" to start a new automation workflow.
7. Set Up the Trigger
Choose Voicenotes app and event that will trigger the Zap.
Configure the trigger according to your needs.
8. Connect your Voicenotes Account
Connect your Voicenotes account by clicking “Connect a new account”
A pop-up window will appear prompting you to enter your Auth Token.
Paste the Auth Token you copied earlier into the designated field.
Click "Yes, Continue to Voicenotes" or "Authorize".
9. Complete the Action Setup
After successful authentication, proceed to configure the action by selecting the required fields and options.
Test the action to ensure everything is working correctly.
10. Publish the Zap
Once all steps are configured and tested, turn on your Zap by clicking the Publish button.
You have successfully connected Voicenotes to Zapier.
