Things is a popular personal task manager that helps you plan your day, manage your projects, and make real progress toward your goals.
The Voicenotes-Things 3 integration makes it easy to turn your notes and recordings into actionable tasks that sync automatically with your Things 3 app. Whether you're juggling work projects or personal errands, this integration ensures your tasks are organized and accessible - eliminating the need to manually copy the to-do lists from one app to another.
Prerequisites
An active Voicenotes account with iOS Voicenotes app (version 2.0.2 or higher).
An active Things 3 account (ensure you are logged in before you start).
1. Get Authentication Token from Things 3
Open Things 3 app -> Settings -> General -> Things 3 URLs -> Generate Token
Copy the Authentication token
2. Access Voicenotes Integrations
Login to Voicenotes
In the Settings menu, select Integrations.
3. Select Things 3 Integration
Under the Integrations section, find and click on Things 3.
Paste your authentication token in the input field and click on submit.
You have successfully connected Voicenotes to Things 3.
7. Start Using the Integration
You're all set! When you choose Create > To-do list or have set up automations to create To-do list automatically, you'll receive an app notification & email.
To add the Todo-list to your Things 3 account,
Click on the Voicenotes iOS app notification OR
Click on the Add to Things 3 button in the email received
