We’d love for you to stay, but we understand that sometimes canceling your subscription is the right choice for you. Don’t worry - the process is simple, and you’ll still have access to your subscription features until the end of your current billing period.
In this guide, you’ll learn how to cancel your Voicenotes subscription, whether you signed up on the web, App Store, or Google Play Store.
If you subscribed on the web
Log in to the Voicenotes web app.
Go to Settings.
Click on Your plan.
You’ll be redirected to the Stripe billing page.
From there, you can manage your subscription and select Cancel subscription.
If you subscribed through the App Store (iOS)
Subscriptions made through the App Store need to be managed directly in your Apple account.
Here’s how:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your Apple ID name at the top.
Select Subscriptions.
Find Voicenotes in the list.
Tap Cancel subscription.
If you subscribed through the Play Store (Android)
Subscriptions made through the Play Store need to be managed directly in your Google account.
Here’s how:
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon in the top right.
Go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Select Voicenotes.
Tap Cancel subscription.
What happens after cancellation
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
After that, your account will switch back to the free plan.
